Ingredients
  1. 1 Grapefruit (peeled)
  2. 3 Medium Sized Carrots
  3. 1 Red Sweet Pepper (core cut away)
  4. 1 Pear
  5. 1/2" Fresh Ginger
  6. 1 Frozen Banana (peeled and frozen ahead of time)
Instructions
  1. In a juicer, juice first five ingredients. Add frozen banana to blender with juice. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
