Snacks


Below is a collection of snack recipes that I have used over the years.  They are on the healthy side and will quench that hunger in the mid afternoon or after a good workout.  I will continually add additional recipes to this section. 

 

 

  • Cherry Nut Bars- A perfect snack that isn’t too sweet, but still has some substance with the collection of nuts used.
