Ingredients
  1. 1/4c Garlic, minced
  2. 1/4c Vegetable Stock
  3. 1/4c Port Wine
  4. 1/4c Cappers, rinsed and drained
  5. 1/2c Tomato, diced
  6. 4ea Sea Bass Fillet, 6 oz
Instructions
  1. In a medium sauté pan, sea bass until golden color on one side. Turn sea bass over and sauté garlic in same pan as the fish is cooking. Add tomatoes and cook until they start to breakdown. Add port and reduce by half. Add remaining ingredients. By the time the sauce cooks down the fish will be finished cooking.
