Ingredients
  1. 1 Rustic Loaf or Sourdough bread, cut into 1/2"-thick slices
  2. 4 Ripe Tomatoes, chopped, assorted colors is always nice
  3. 2 Avocado, large chunks
  4. 1 1/2c. Fresh Basil, chopped
  5. 1/4c. Olive Oil
  6. 1 Shallot, thinly sliced
  7. 1 Lemon Zest
  8. 1 Lemon Juice
  9. 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  10. Salt n Pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Brush sliced bread with olive oil and broil in oven, watch carefully. Combine remainder of the ingredients in a bowl. Serve toasted bread on side. Enjoy!
