  2. 1/2 Tomato, chopped
  3. 1/2 Shallot, minced
  4. 1 Clove Garlic, minced

  8. 1/2c Fresh Cilantro
  9. Salt n Pepper, to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and smash all together. Season to taste
