Ingredients
  1. 4ea. Chicken Breast Halves, boneless/skinless
  2. 2ea. Portabello Mushroom
  3. 1c Button Mushrooms, quartered
  4. 3T Parmesan, grated
  5. 2T Walnuts, toasted
  6. 1/2c Fresh Basil
  7. 1/4c Water
  8. Salt n Pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine ingredients and puree until smooth. Season chicken breast and grill about 5m per side. Top each chicken breast with mushroom pesto and serve. Enjoy!
