Ingredients
  1. 2 Pink Grapefruits, peeled and sectioned
  2. 2 Avocado, sliced
  3. 2 T Olive Oil
  4. 1 t Fresh Ginger, minced
  5. 1 T Shallot, minced
  6. 1 t Soy Sauce
  7. 1 t Honey
Instructions
  1. Combine ginger, shallots, soy sauce, honey into a bowl. Slowly whisk olive oil into mixture. Season to taste. Poor over grapefruit s and avocado. Enjoy!
