Ingredients
  1. 1/2c Panko Crumbs
  2. 3/4c Red Onion, diced
  3. 1 Egg
  4. 1/4c Cilantro
  5. 1/4t Red Chili Flakes
  6. 1/2t Worcestershire Sauce
  7. 2T Olive Oil
  8. 4 Chicken Breast Halves, boneless/skinless
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a food processor, pulse all ingredients until smooth. Portion into 3T and roll into balls. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minute until cooked through.
