Ingredients
  1. 1/2c Roasted Pecans
  2. 3/4c Honey
  3. 1 3/4c Dried Cherries
  4. 1t Cinnamon
  5. 1/2c Roasted Almonds
  6. 2 3/4c Rolled Oats
  7. 1/2c Sliced Dates
Instructions
  1. Warm honey in microwave so it become thin and is easy to pour. Add all ingredients to food processor and chop to a course consistency. Lightly spray baking sheets with iol spray. Press mixture into baking sheet. Cover with parchment paper and use a rolling pin to roll evenly, about 1/2' high. Place in freezer for 30 min. Cut into bars.
