Ingredients
  1. 1 Half Grapefruit
  2. 2oz Sugar
Instructions
  1. Cut grapefruit in half along its equator. Put the grapefruit face down on a paper towel for 2 min. Place grapefruit right side up and sprinkle with sugar. Using a kitchen torch, caramelize the sugar until golden brown. You can also put the grapefruit on a cooking sheet with some crumpled foil to stabilize the grapefruit. Use the broil to caramelized the sugar, but don't walk away from the oven.
