Breakfast


Below are some of my favorite breakfast items to cook either just for the family or when we are entertaining.  However, breakfast is a lighter meal for us with the quantities served.  I like to keep it simple with the offerings.  With any of the below, I would serve fresh fruit, assorted juices, berries, maybe some raisin toast, and coffee. Oh yes, and the breakfast would spark some great conversation either recapping the previous evening or speaking of the days events.   I will continue to add recipes to this section so make sure you stop back when you are looking for just that right recipe to serve.   

 

 

  • Oatmeal with Bananas, Pecans, Blueberries, and Brown Sugar.
  • Strata- with Sweet Peppers, Goat Cheese, and Basil.
  • Caramelized Grapefruit- A great addition to any brunch.  Nothing but goodness.
